How do I order? Orders can be faxed to 570-802-0197 or phoned in to Customer Service at 800-237-9425 or 570-752-5934 8am-6pm EST (M-F). You must reference the PROMO CODE # found on our main page to receive the low prices offered on our website. No exceptions, the promo code must be on your faxed order or given at the time order is phoned to Customer Service. If you are a current customer, order will be entered on your current account. New customers must complete a credit application and provide Tax I.D. number to order direct. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. How do I change or cancel my order? Contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 800-237-9425 or 570-752-5934 from 8am-6pm EST (M-F).
How much do you charge for shipping? All shipments are freight collect. If you have a prefered carrier for collect orders note it at time of order.
Can I ship to a PO Box or an APO address? We are sorry but we cannot ship to PO Boxes, we can only ship to a street address.
When will my order be shipped? Merchandise from our warehouse usually ships within 3 - 5 business days upon credit approval. Items ending in "O" ship from our Maryland warehouse, items ending in "B" ship from our Pennsylvania warehouse.
Is there a minimum order? There is a $ 75.00 minimum order. REMINDER- our items ship from two different warehouses so keep this in mind so you can consolidate shipments since pricing is freight collect. Items ending in "O" are from our Offray line and ship from Hagerstown, MD 21740. Items ending in "B" are from our Berwick line and ship from Bloomsburg, PA 17815. If an order for an individual warehouse falls under $10 this portion will automatically be canceled to avoid excessive freight charges.

What is your return/ backorder policy? To keep costs as low as possible, all RibbonDeals product sales are final. We make one shipment per order and all backorders are canceled. If the product is defective, you must contact us within three days of receipt of the product at custserv@berwickoffray.com or call us at 800-237-9425 or 570-752-5934 from 8am-6pm EST (M-F).
