SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All items will ship from our Pennsylvania or Maryland warehouse via FedEx Ground within 3-5 business days upon credit approval of your order. All pricing on this website is freight collect. Items ending in "O" ship from Maryland, items ending in "B" ship from Pennsylvania.

The selection on our website is updated on regular basis. If an item is out of stock it will automatically be canceled from your order. We will make one shipment and all backorders will be canceled.

To keep costs as low as possible, all RibbonDeals product sales are final. The color or texture of any product on the web site compared to actual product may vary depending on your computer hardware and software used. RibbonDeals is not responsible for colors and textures not matching the intended use and does not accept returns for these reasons.

If the product is defective, you must contact us within three days of receipt of the product. You can contact us via e-mail at custserv@berwickoffray.com or phone 800-237-9425 or 570-752-5934 Customer Service M-F 8am-6pm EST. Keep all original packaging and paperwork so such documents can be returned to us upon receipt by you of a Return Authorization by us. No credit will be issued for returns sent back without a Return Authorization Number issued by Customer Service.
